This large bowl was glazed in dark nickel crystalline; showcasing dark turquoise crystals against an almost olive green background.  This glaze is a bit hard to photograph as it just doesn't quite capture the richness of this dark glaze.  This is a great size for table service, an entry way, fruit bowl or use just for display.  This bowl was thrown on the wheel and fired to 2300 degrees and is made from a fine white stoneware  and porcelain blended clay.
